Saturday, January 2, 2010 - 2004 Call Bag is a blend of 49% Grenache, 49% Mourvedre with just 2% Shiraz. Bright ruby red, with dark cherry, spice and notes of perfume on the nose. Smooth and silky mouthfeel, with cherry and spice on palate with a sweet undertone. Ripe & pleasant tannins, with medium+ long finishing. This is an interesting blend but not to my liking, maybe it will grow on me after a few more bottles...
