Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - Tasting: An excellent champagne, but seems a bit young. I have only tried the 2005 before but it was an explosion of impressions both on the nose and on the palate and while the 2013 is wonderful, it is certainly not as evolved as the 2005 was when I tried it.
