Saturday, July 2, 2022 - Salmon pink hue. Nose of prickly pine, strawberry, cherry blossom. Layers of piquant red raspberry with a stony acid kick. Moderate length finish of tart red fruit and stone. Simple and direct. A good quaffer and a nice pairing with steamed mussels and clams from the Captain Whidbey Inn kitchen. Consumed on the deck of the Glasswing Cabin.
