Tuesday, May 9, 2023 - Refreshing riesling. Off-dry; the apple and citrus notes try to make the mind think it's sweeter. Plenty of acidity which is why tjis wine was selected for a pasta and cream sauce dish with spicy ckicken sausage. Also love the Columbia Valley terroir which strengthens the profile.
