Sunday, October 15, 2023 - Mid/ high acidity
Nose: citrus, apricots and yellow apples. Some bready, brioche aromas in the middle and the end herbal tones
Palete: the acidity gives the wine structure. It is moving around in the mouth and ends up at the top of the tongue. Grilled citrus, herbs, apricots I n’a young and fresh package.
