Friday, January 11, 2008 - 16.5% AV. High octane juice. Flavor is intense, racy. Lots of ripe raspberries, bitter chocolate, pepper, some creaminess to the texture. Alcohol is noticeable, but not as much as I thought it would be--a slight burn. Drank better alone than with the meal of grilled pork chops and veges.
