Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Ripe yellow peach, grapefruit, lychee, white flowers, raw onions and green garlic on the nose. A hint of musk too. High intensity of aromas. Flavors are dead consistent with the aromas in all but intensity, which is more like medium + on the palate. Pretty simple; but not in a bad way. It's greener and more vegetal than I'd expect from Scheurebe, though mostly still in line with what I'd expect.

Medium + body with medium acid. Drink now, not really meant to age any further.
