Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Very pale straw colour. Bouquet dominated by peach and honey. Flavour also dominated by peach and honey, starts sweet and then finishes more tart. Moderate body with a clean finish. Would definitely have this and it’s a nice alternative to some of the new world Sauvignon blancs that can be sweeter and heavier.
