Sunday, August 13, 2023 - The nose is pretty generic with small hints of baking spices. On the palate there are notes of Muenster cheese and Ceylon cinnamon. Gentle plummy sweetness. Well balanced acidity. Hardly any tannin. 14.5%, but not overly bitter or alcoholic tasting. Quite good (especially for the price), but certainly not my favorite.
