Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Very good wine. It has pronounced aromas of white flowers, ripe yellow apple, grapefruit pithe nectarine, melon thyme and wet stones. It has a nutty aftertaste and a creamy brioche note to it. It has med+ acidity, med alcohol and a med + finish . It is a drink now wine - it will hold in bottle for a few years but won't likely develop much. I think it is on the lighter side of Fiano but there is a richness to it from the lees aging that adds weight.
