Thursday, March 7, 2024 - Inviting nose of ripe pear, green apple, lemon, and grass. The palate has awesome zippy acidity going really nicely with notes of green apple, lemon, and a slight salty brininess that gives a subtle savoury hint. Unsurprisingly pairs very well with kale and sausage pasta. Nice, good value wine.
