Saturday, March 7, 2020 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Late night small glass. Large format directly from the domaine. Pommard robust and meaty character with a very finessed finish that comes across as almost elegant. Very enjoyable.
