It tasted more like a cab than a Shiraz, strangely enough, but it was dry, had good earthiness, nice on the palate and a decent enough finish. I was impressed, although I found it hard to think this was Shiraz. I did not find itr over oaked and one dimensional. It was quite the opposite.
