Sunday, March 3, 2024 - Nose: strawberry, brioche, slight toast, pear, lemon.

Palate: mostly follows the nose + slight apple seed-like bitterness. Shimmering, tantalizing acidity and a long finish, very very light tannin, medium- body. Clear as a bell.

Would be awesome with sushi!
