Monday, January 18, 2010 - I've had BS rose many times, and have always enjoyed it. I'd let this bottle age for 4 or so years, which I'd never done before to NV Billecart-Salmon; it improved on an already- fabulous bottle. The color is beautiful, the taste subtle, and the bubbles danced in the mouth.
