Wednesday, September 14, 2011 - Pink salmon in colour. Light, fresh strawberry and brioche nose. Light bodied though it paired well with both light appetizers and heavish meat main meals. Refreshing summer red fruits with a slight slatey and citrus finish. Lovely NV rose champagne and as always, a crowd pleaser.
