Sunday, September 14, 2014 - Found in a split. Beautiful pink color. Apples and toast on the nose. Plenty of small bubbles. Great combination of fruit,acid, complexity and balance. Although not cheap this is hard to beat for nonvintage bubbly! The wonderful combination of color and taste adds to its allure.
