Saturday, January 19, 2008 - Favorite Champagne of all time - just don't tell anyone! Clean, crisp, dry with just the slightest hints of fruit in the nose. Tiny, lovely bubbles create a lovely creamy sensation in the mouth. Great with fruit and cheese.
