Friday, August 11, 2017 - Old Chaps Meeting (Restaurante Los Asturianos - Madrid): From an old, well-aged bottle. Exuberant pink grapefruit fragrance nothing artificial, nothing added. Classic and elegant in an endless harmony. Naturally perfect.
In the mouth it is reinforced with flavors of brioche and with more red fruit (raspberries and lingus mainly) Multilayered and with a good complexity. Deep and delicious. Convinced everyone. Always my choice among this range of champagne rosé. WOTN

De una botella vieja, bien envejecida. Exuberante olor a pomelo rosa nada artificial, nada añadido. Clásico y elegante en una armonía sin fin. Perfecto de una forma natural.
En boca se refuerza con sabores a brioche y a mas fruta roja (frambuesas y lingo principalmente) Multifacético y de una complejidad sin fin. Profundo y delicioso. Convenció a todos. Siempre mi elección entre los champanes rosados de este rango. La botella de la noche.
