Sunday, May 4, 2008 - Spring flowers, wild strawberries, peaches on the nose. Palate is strawberries and sour cranberries, with a lift from the bread dough and a great transition to the crisp, 30 second, mineral-tinged finish. Great acidity and impeccable balance, the best in any rosé Champagne I've ever had. Great stuff.
