Tuesday, December 31, 2019 - Opened for NYE and finished off the next day. Really nice and enjoyed by everyone, including the champagne non-lovers. A bit of fruity strawberry, nice minerality, some creaminess and moderate bubbles. Great option for a medium priced, tasty champagne with some character and history.
