Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Nice med+ acidity, fresh, notes of young strawberries and some grapefruit. Fine bubbles that don’t last that long in the glass. With some time in the glass and higher temperature shows more complexity. Agree with previous notes the flavours are delicate and in balance with acidity that is not overpowering. Elegant champagne. Drank during brunch with scones and red fruit. Very enjoyable. Good quality for a NV Rose.
