Deep Ruby

M-IOA , blueberry, blue flowers, a hint of black pepper, spice, ashes ....

Dry, med- acidity, med+ tannins coarse and dry, High alcohol, med+ Body, a full wine with a warm mouthfeel, MIOA of black and blueberry, spices... M- finish on a warm spicy finish.

The wine is good, it shows fruit and some spicy aromas, alcohol is high and is dominating the acidity and the fruity aromas, still not unbalanced, the wine opens on a med finish and ripe blueberry aromas.

Not suitable for bottle aging as the alcohol is high and acidity low, only tannins and body would help the wine get better within more age. Fruit and acidity may fade away too quickly to hold the wine for a longer time.
