Thursday, April 25, 2024 - One of the most viscous champagne I’ve had, looks like a thick white burg as you swirl it in the glass. The nose is full of honey, apricot, honeysuckle, lemon pie, and enormously vinous and muscular, propped up by a searingly acidic spine. Such a powerful and tensile champagne and will be even better in time.
