Wednesday, November 28, 2018 - Jordan's Fine Wine Dinner (Boka - Chicago IL): In 70/83/89 vertical. Glorious aromas for the initial 20-30 minutes in glass. Fully mature black fruit, sweet liqueur, black truffle, earth and sweet spice. Similar palate with a good start, but slightly drying finish. Slowly started fading after some time in glass, and much less interesting after 30 minutes.
