Wednesday, July 29, 2020 - Outstanding bottle. Opened in advance but not decanted. At first a very complex and subtle nose of mushrooms and sous bois. Over two hours built to a rich, long and complex wine with tobacco leaf, smoke, and a surprisingly rich mid-palate. Still quite dark red and seems like this go on for quite a bit more time — though no reason to wait.
