Tuesday, December 5, 2023 - Drunk at On The Rocks restaurant in Blouberg, North of Cape Town as aperitif.
Served very cold, so we're letting it rise to about 8C.
Pale lime green
Nose shows tropical, mango and some herbaceous notes, then citrus.
Buttery palate, rich, dry, full bodied.
Very good.
