Sunday, September 17, 2023 - Needed a few hours to come around. Pretty non de-script at first. After an hour in the decanter it started to peak out. 2nd hour came around. Very energetic yet not necessarily as complex as I'd like. Pretty punchy with nice acidity. Floral, very old school burg!!

Thinking will sit on my remaining bottles a while but this is in a decent drinking window if you give it plenty of air.
