Saturday, July 29, 2017 - Truffles with the SLDS (CFs): Blind. Golden colour. Wax/candlestick, cinnamon, orange, mandarin, apricot and pear. Moderate sweetness on the palate, finishes feeling quite dry but still has good flavour intensity and nice depth. In very good condition and would still develop further based on this bottle.
