Thursday, December 27, 2018 - Good but not pristine cork. Probably re-corked about 15 years ago. Deep golden color. Fresh tasting, with honey, florals, tropical fruits and a mineral finish. The sugar is still slightly evident, but the bracing acidity keeps this very food-friendly. Great depth and breadth.
