Friday, June 25, 2021 - DnP. Pale cognac coloured. Open sweet toffee, caramel and iodine bouquet. Intense medium sweet elegant on the palate, toffee again. Ok, considering the age but is considerably older appearing than the specimen enjoyed 10 years ago!
