Tuesday, December 19, 2023 - Agree with recent notes. Upon opening, it is delicious and balanced. About 15 mins after air exposure, it becomes much more structured with tannins coming to fore. Next day there was no degradation and tannins remained quite intense. Recommend holding for years.
