Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Savory, with length and feathery, fine tannins. Black and red cherries, chocolate covered raspberries, granite, green tobacco and wild rosemary. A medium, elegant body. Similar to the lovely ‘18, with a surprisingly more tame side - as ‘20 was maligned with heat and fires, yet there are stunning wines to be found, and Carlisle made better wines in ‘20 than ‘15 or even ‘17. Solid today, with time this could potentially reveal more. Drink 2025 - 2033.
