Friday, May 26, 2023 - Acidity is absolutely bracing. A dragon ball z esque laser. Nose is really nice with a pure fruit expression with some pepper elements. M- tannin barely noticeable. Would give this time to come together. Could be good with the right dish such as coq a vin or nice sliced meats. On its own the acidity is just too much. Maybe things come together in time. Hold.
