Friday, November 3, 2023 - Gold with a distinctly offsetting greenish cap. A rounder Riesling profile except for an herbal/grassy note on the mildly muted nose; followed by up-front acidity, and a moderately long lemon-lime-forward yet supple finish. Very nice. +1 to zscheiner's comments to give this time to warm up out of the fridge. My initial rating was 90 but bumped it up after 20 minutes post-PnP.

Paired with Bojangles fried chicken. Judge me if you must.
