Friday, December 15, 2023 - A younger participant in a Cab bottle fest & dinner. This was all about potential. A peak behind the velvet curtain if you will. All the elements and the structure are there but its muted and reserved at present. Did respond well to bleu cheese and bleu cheese spread over the ribeye steak later. Had a 2012 version three years back and it was very good. I'll be getting my hands on a case of this and seeing how well it evolves and opens up over next 3-10 years. Thanks Dr. H!
