Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Cork soaked and crumbly. Mature appearance with a pale/medium mahogany core and a wide pale mahogany rim. Nose is developed with leather, red fruit, hints of mint and earth. Palate is soft and beautifully tactile, with generous sweet strawberry fruit, liquorice and vanilla notes, lovely balancing acidity carrying a long, harmonious finish with caramel notes. Lovely and drinking really well.
