Sunday, February 3, 2013 - Initial nose of cherry in the decanter. First glass (decanted after an hour) still with cherry but a smoky taste and hints of earth and mushroom. Next glass after another 45 min, totally different with the mushroom earthiness and stewed cherries coming thru.
