Friday, May 26, 2023 - Aromas of lavender, blackberry, cream cheese, and orange peel. Palate of leather, tomatoes, black fruits, rhubarb, and oak. Mouth drying medium (+) tannins with medium acidity. Give it 4 hours and the tannins soften.
