Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Lots of oak on the attack, along with classic Loire Sauvignon Blanc notes of grass, gooseberries and grapefruit. Nice oily mouthfeel. High acidity. Medium to long finish, some complexity. Drinking well now, don't think it will improve but will last for quite a few years.
