Dark purp. Black cherry on the nose.
In the mouth, concentrated and reductive black cherry and berry on entry. Med- acidity with cocoa powder, tobacco, and dried paper in the mid. Tannins grip and let go with an incredibly smooth palate. Long finish with spice, oaky heat, and oaky vanilla. A bit intense start to finish, age should help unwind this. Not my thing but many of the other tasters seemed to love this one.
