Thursday, March 30, 2023 - Insane. Off the hook. Nice gold color. Beyond explosive bouquet of lychees, smoke, spice. Like a Gewurz on steroids. On the palate, sweet, rich, viscous , super concentrated with great acidity to keep the sweetness in check. Flavors of lychee, honey, smoke, tropical flavors, Long fruit filled acidic finish. Gorgeous now it its youth, it has the bility to age a long time (this note if from tasting tonight a bottle that had a ounce or two left and the bottle had been open for months). Incredible QPR. A home run. A must have
