Monday, June 26, 2023 - Wonderful summer wine. I don’t think this is bland at all. I think this might be a good salad wine. Will try it Wednesday as a dinner pair with spinach salad. Semi dry, light to medium bodied on the palate. Apple blossom nose; apple, melon and grapefruit on the palate. Lasting tang if grapefruit and apple linger.
