Saturday, September 1, 2018 - Just below the neck fill. Decanted for about an hour, back in the bottle and slow ox at the restaurant for another hour. Almost no sediment. Similar notes to MC below. I think this bottle could have used a little more air. The wine was a little thin in the mid palate at first, but really gained body during the meal. The last glass was the best. Beautiful mature Bordeaux.
