Friday, December 2, 2022 - A pretty radiant, shining wine; it opens up immediately, in a giving, harmonious way. Also in 2017, the Pajè possesses dimension and a certain completeness. Fully in balance and vibrant. Very fine tannins and soft textures meet a trademark red fruit (cherries, mixed berries), red rose and spice, with a distinct inner sweetness. Silky textures support the early drinking pleasure. There is an impeccable lift, especially in the context of the vintage. A real beauty already today.
