Friday, April 26, 2024 - A very lovely wine, this Bianca is almost as clear as water. Super clean entry with way more flavor and character than the absence of color would indicate. There is a vibrant, expressive lemon with sugar that is so smooth and civilized. Definitely some taste of the broken skins. Fantastic hood with the palate cleansing acid that is not overpowering. Need to hold it in the mouth a few seconds for all the little nuances to express themselves.
