Wednesday, August 6, 2008 - Disappointingly lean and herbal, with no nose to speak of, muted flavors of currant and oak, and a flat finish. It opens up a bit after about an hour, but is still unimpressive. Unless this bottle was a fluke, I'm flabbergasted by the high ratings for this wine.
