Sunday, June 11, 2023 - a lot of good notes on this wine... out of magnum it's a step up in quality... lightly colored pink with very fine mousse, on the nose strawberry and red apple with floral notes... some light background yeasty aromas, no obvious oak. on the palate medium dosage feel, high acids, nice fresh midpalate, finishes with nice finesse and texture for a NW sparkler. about as good a NW sparkler can be, especially in this format.
