Friday, July 9, 2010 - Really quite dry and the red fruit flavor component is more of a cranberry or unripe cherry then a ripe strawberry. Add in some light toast flavor as well. Well made but wish there was just a little more residual sugar to balance it out ( but not enough to make it sweet). I can see how there could be a wide range of scores on this champagne. 86 - 88
