Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - Tasting group Spouse night - Bubbles (Mark E's.): Always a pretty solid wine. Pink/orange in color. The nose has peaches and a slight strawberry. A nice mousse with a lot of smallish bubbles. On the palate, tart red berries. This is actually quite tart and really begged for some food. Long finish.
